These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jita9 website and all related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

jita9 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. We are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent and responsible gaming environment. In these Terms, "we", "us" or "jita9" refers to the entity operating the Platform; and "you", "user" or "member" refers to any person using the Platform.

These Terms have been prepared in English and are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any translation of this document is provided for your convenience only; in the event of a dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on jita9, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must register under your own name and may not create an account on behalf of another person.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being immediately closed and any unearned balance being forfeited. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your registration details.

Completing an identity verification process (KYC), including national ID verification, may be required, particularly for withdrawals above a certain amount. jita9 may request additional verification documents at any time.

3.1 Keeping Login Details Secure

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

3.2 Updating Account Information

Keep your personal information accurate and up to date at all times. If your email address, payment method or other contact details change, update your profile or contact the support team.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months or more, jita9 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee. The member will be notified in advance if this fee becomes applicable. Contact us to reactivate an inactive account.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for depositing funds to jita9:

• bKash — Instant processing
• Nagad — Instant processing
• Rocket — Instant processing
• Upay — Instant processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposit processing is generally instant. Deposited funds are added directly to your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Processing times may vary depending on circumstances.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering has not been completed.
• jita9 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jita9 does not charge any transaction fees itself, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own fees.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, eligibility conditions must be met and a specified wagering requirement must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in wagers before making a withdrawal.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Some games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, to the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer will have its own expiry period, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued.

5.3 VIP Program

The jita9 VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback benefit up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback benefit up to 0.4%
• Gold — Weekly cashback benefit up to 0.6%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback benefit up to 0.8%

Based on your gaming activity, you may be promoted to a higher VIP tier. Each tier comes with its own special benefits and offers. jita9 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If jita9 detects bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses or any other fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.

6.1 Fair Play

jita9 is committed to ensuring impartial and fair gaming. All games operated on our platform are provided by internationally recognised game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others), which use their own Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

In the event of a technical error, issue with game software or an obvious mistake, jita9 reserves the right to cancel any bet and refund the relevant amount. "No winnings" will apply in such circumstances.

6.3 Disconnections

jita9 will not be held responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game. Once reconnected, you may return to that game. However, in some cases the game result may already have been determined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita9 platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games.
• Colluding or coordinating in a fraudulent manner with other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Engaging in obscene, harassing or discriminatory behaviour.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, jita9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

• Your information will not be sold to third parties.
• Your information will not be shared except where required by law.
• You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

The jita9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or other reasons.

• jita9 will not be liable for losses arising from technical errors.
• jita9 will not be liable for losses arising from internet connection problems.
• jita9's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
• This limitation does not apply to losses arising from fraud or misconduct.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please arrange to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10.2 Termination by jita9

jita9 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, illegal activity or other reasonable cause. In such cases, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
